For this event we installed three tents:
- A 60x100 pole tent seating 300–400 guests, installed in 6 hours
- A second 60x100 pole tent seating 300–400 guests, also installed in 6 hours

20x130 vendor row tent designed to accommodate 15 vendors, installed in 3 hours
